The start of Dragonite Takes Flight is full of hope, adventure and a sense of wonder. Then halfway through it has a period of mystery or uneasiness, before it turns sinister and tense towards the end.

The Birth of Mewtwo starts out as an atmospheric background track and then turns into a frantic violin attack.

Tears of Life plays during the climax of the plot. It's starts out uneasy, with the macrhing drums displaying a sense of duty and tension. It's composition with several stages, depicting the changing emotions of the characters in the scene, before ending on a positive note.

Three on Three is a good orchestral battle theme.
