The whole soundtrack is honestly just great and uses a very distinct sound font. Since I haven't played the games myself, I haven't heard all the soundtracks, apart from the really popular ones from stream highlights.
Snowy uses light piano notes and gentle violin to convey a serene and snowy landscape. The same light motif played on the piano is used in the theme for Snowdin Town as well, albeit it's played a bit faster, possibly to convey more movement or more snow.
NGAHHH!! and Spear of Justice has the same motif, but the latter one is played in a higher scale. It's a really nice battle soundtrack, that just keeps on evolving, with a more relaxed part in the middle.
Spider Dance is another fast-paced track, befitting spiders skittering around. The energetic beat together with the skitterish melody works really well.
Hopes and Dreams is just such a warm and hopeful track.
Megalovania is Megalovania.
I unfortunately never got around to play the game myself, but I'm betting the soundtrack is best experienced together witht he gameplay, which is just as great (probably, I haven't played it so... 😅).
